The announcement states that work "will be performed at Dayton, Ohio," that completion is expected "by June 30, 2034," that "four offers were received," and that $20,000 of fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance funds were obligated at award; the contracting activity is the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center at [Wright-Patterson Air Force Base](/places/wright-patterson-air-force-base/).[^3]

The contract is titled Advisory Support and Technical Requirement Administration (ASTRA).
