The video's binary code translated to "select presentations to be presented to the public," indicating additional content existed beyond the released footage. The September 30 release date was chosen to coincide with Savitri Devi's birthday, a calendar date significant in the neo-Nazi occultist tradition AWD had adopted through its ToB relationship. Mason's Nuclear Congress appearance was notable as his first public in-person meeting with AWD, translating his status as the intellectual godfather of *Siege* culture into a documented physical presence at the organization's leadership summit. ### Operation Erste Saule Following the Nuclear Congress, [Cameron Shea](/people/cameron-shea/) created an encrypted Wire messaging group named "Operation Erste Saule" (German: "First Pillar") to coordinate a campaign of harassment and intimidation against journalists and civil rights organizations who had reported on AWD. The Nuclear Congress is explicitly named in the criminal complaint affidavit for Kaleb Cole's arrest (Western District of Washington, February 26, 2020) as the gathering after which the conspiracy to harass media figures was formulated.
