TAG Films was a video production company established in Amsterdam by three Welsh pedophiles: [[Alan Williams]], [[John Gay]], and [[Lee Tucker]]. Williams managed [[Boys Club 21]] in Amsterdam's Spuistraat district and worked closely with [[Warwick Spinks]], who managed the [[Gay Palace]] nightclub across the street. A Scotland Yard informant named "Frank" described how the group produced a snuff film inside a barn belonging to a German man who frequented the boy brothels managed by Williams and Spinks. The investigation into TAG Films was part of [[Operation Framework]], the joint Scotland Yard and Dutch authorities inquiry conducted between 1992 and 1993 targeting suspected snuff pornography produced by British nationals in Amsterdam.[^1]
TAG Films was linked to a German distribution company in Dusseldorf called [[Gero-Video]]. A raid by German authorities on Gero-Video's premises followed the Dutch investigation. Gero-Video was identified as one of the largest distributors of homosexual pornography in Europe. [[Robbie Van Der Plancken]], who was imprisoned in Italy for the murder of [[Gerrit-Jan Ulrich]], appeared in at least five Gero-Video films. Gero-Video changed ownership in 1994 and was also identified as a child porn distributor in a dossier provided by [[Karel Maasdam]]'s accountant to Dutch intelligence services.[^1]
