Boys Club 21 was a boy brothel operating as a nightclub in Amsterdam's Spuistraat district, managed by [[Alan Williams]], a convicted pedophile dubbed "The Welsh Witch" on account of his violent rapes of boys in Cardiff, Wales. A Scotland Yard informant stated he had delivered tapes to Boys Club 21 addressed to "Alan from Cardiff" and then visited the [[Gay Palace]] across the road, where he watched videos of boys in bondage aged eleven to fourteen being raped by masked men.
