[[Mike Timpani]] was an individual who worked for [[GeoMiliTech]] (GMT), a [[Central Intelligence Agency|CIA]]-financed company. He was involved in various arms deals, particularly concerning the sale of C-130 aircraft to [[Iran]].[^1] In April 1989, [[Mike Timpani|Timpani]] was involved in a deal to sell three C-130s to [[Iran|Tehran]], working with [[Richard St. Francis]] of [[TransCapital]] and [[Joseph O'Toole]]. This deal was intended to be a go-between for [[Israel]] and [[Iran]].
