Pender]] of [[First Intercontinental Development Corporation|FIDCO]], written on [[White House]] letterhead, acknowledged an update on [[First Intercontinental Development Corporation|FIDCO]]'s efforts in the rebuilding of [[Lebanon]] and expressed the [[United States Government|U.S. government]]'s interest in the success of these efforts.
