Martin Allen was a 15-year-old boy who disappeared in 1979 while approaching Kings Cross station in London. His case became connected to investigations into VIP pedophile networks operating in London during the late 1970s and early 1980s. Allen was the son of the chief chauffeur to Australian High Commissioner Sir [[Gordon Freeth]], and his family lived in the caretaker's cottage on the grounds of the Australian High Commissioner's residence at [[Stoke Lodge]] in Kensington. His disappearance occurred not far from the [[Elm Guest House]], and police later believed he and [[Vishal Mehrotra]] (who disappeared in 1981) were abducted by the same gang of pedophiles[^1]. ### Connections to VIP Networks The Australian High Commissioner's residence at Stoke Lodge frequently hosted civic functions attended by prominent figures from [[Margaret Thatcher]]'s political circle. Regular visitors included Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher herself, her private secretary [[Peter Morrison]] (an alleged pedophile), deputy-director of MI6 [[Peter Hayman]] (a known pedophile), and Home Secretary [[Leon Brittan]]. This high-level access provided potential pedophiles with proximity to the Allen family and their residence. Martin's father believed his son was abducted by a gang of pedophiles specifically to produce child pornography.[^1] ### Chauffeur Company Investigation Following Martin's disappearance, Australian intelligence officers launched an internal investigation into stand-in drivers hired by visitors to the Australian High Commission residence. The investigation revealed that the private chauffeur company used by the commission had numerous convicted pedophiles on its payroll. Most notably, this included [[Sidney Cooke]], who would later be convicted as the leader of the "[[Dirty Dozen]]" gang responsible for torturing and murdering three young boys, and [[David Smith]], who served as [[Jimmy Savile]]'s personal driver before dying of a heroin overdose before trial.[^1] Kevin Allen, Martin's older brother, stated that Cooke and his pedophile cohort were understood to be drivers who would pick up young care-home boys and rent boys in expensive cars and deliver them to organized orgies in Barnes, Pimlico, and Kensington.
