[[James V. Desarno, Jr.]] was an Assistant Special Agent in Charge from the D.C. Metropolitan Office of the [[Federal Bureau of Investigation|FBI]]. He was present at [[Paul Wilcher]]'s apartment after Wilcher's death. Desarno, along with [[Craig Olson]], was one of two [[Federal Bureau of Investigation|FBI]] agents present at the scene.
