Work]], project manager [[Bill Hamilton]] as assistant director for computer systems in the [[Office of Crime Analysis of the District of Columbia]]. He wrote a paper entitled “Design and Development of a Criminal Justice Information and Analysis System in Washington, D.C.” about this process. It was published in Urban and Regional Information Systems Proceedings in 1969.[^1] In 1970 he was acting director of the [[Office of Crime Analysis of the District of Columbia|Office of Crime Analysis]].
