[[Bart Cox]] was a division chief at [[Stanford Research Institute|SRI]]. He oversaw some of the early [[Parapsychology|psi]] research conducted by [[Hal Puthoff]] and [[Russell Targ]], including experiments with [[Uri Geller]]. Cox was involved in selecting target sites for outbound remote viewing experiments, and on one occasion, he and Puthoff served as outbound experimenters for [[Pat Price]], who precognitively described their location at the Redwood City Marina.[^1]
